Following the introduction of many new features earlier this year, micro-blogging service Twitter is apparently preparing additional features for iOS users, including Reactions, Downvotes, and Sorted Replies.
According to a report by 9to5Mac, Twitter has been extremely busy this year as the firm prepares to deploy new features before the end of the calendar year. In addition, it is predicted that the corporation will have a slew of additional surprises in store for its customers.
According to Nima Owji, a reverse engineer, users may be getting closer to the release date of Twitter’s Reactions. The responses feature has been in beta testing for a few of months now, and according to Owji, who discovered references to the new feature in Twitter’s code, it will be released shortly.
This feature, which includes four new responses, including “tears of joy,” “thinking face,” “clapping hands,” and “sobbing face,” is intended to allow users the option to better demonstrate how chats make them feel, as well as “a better understanding of how their Tweets are perceived.”
Additionally, Twitter is now able to save information regarding the downvotes feature, which is another another indication that this function will be launched sooner rather than later, according to Nima. Nima Owji also points out that the corporation has moved the downvote button to the right of the like button, which she believes is a good thing.
The company’s downvote stance has also been modified, according to the company’s report. It has even introduced a new tab that explains how downvotes operate in greater detail.
Respondents on Twitter will receive responses from people they follow, as well as responses from other users who are most likely to be of interest to them. Other options include delivering all responses, even those that may be detrimental or even objectionable, to users who want to do so.

Twitter stated that the “Tips” function is intended for users who want to solicit a small amount of financial assistance from their followers using Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Patreon, all of which may be done directly through the app.
