The newest title in the Black Ops series of Call Of Duty has recently been launched in beta stage for all major platforms. Even though it’s been less than a week or so, it has managed to capture a decent amount of audience from other major Battle Royale games. Read ahead to find out more about the game and its features.

Some Intro

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Blackout is the perfect reply by Treyarch studio to the well-established titles “PUBG and Fortnite“. In their very first try, Treyarch has pulled off a pretty decent job of putting together a great game combined with great mechanics. With loads of experience in building some of the greatest titles with stunning visuals and futuristic weapons, it seems Treyarch finally has the answer to Bluehole and Epic Games in their own playground.

The Game

Since we’re talking only Battle Royale, we’ll discuss more the Blackout mode which is currently in Beta. It should also be noted that the game is available for PC on Battle.net client and not Steam which means another client download for everyone.

  • The game took off with 80 players lobby in all platforms and now supports up to 100 players thanks to the overwhelming response from the community.
  • Like any other game with Battle Royale mode, a player will parachute down to playing area and then collect resources to survive.
  • The game features a large play area but the twist is that these locations are actually pulled from the series, making it easy for everyone to play.
  • It also features vehicles in all three modes of transportation i.e Air, Land and Sea.
  • And the game’s modes include the usual solo, duos and squad with no futuristic wall runs or thrust jump, unlike its predecessors.
  • No automatic health regeneration instead other players help you regain health with Med Kits.
