Google Docs to introduce new feature for Workspace users

Google Docs users now get access to a new feature. Users will be able to pick many text fields at once, improving their overall productivity. Users can now make several text selections at once and apply operations such as delete, copy, paste, or format to all areas, as stated in the official release.

This will speed up editing documents by avoiding the need for repetitive adjustments, as well as increasing their overall productivity. Users will not need to enable the functionality; it will be enabled by default. Additionally, all Google Workspace clients, as well as traditional G Suite Basic and Business subscribers, will be able to use the service.

Google also states that the function is being gradually handed out to all users, which implies that users may have to wait up to 15 days for the feature to become available, beginning on May 25, 2022. Go to Google Docs and open a project to use the new functionality. After that, pick various fields of text and apply the necessary formatting. You can bold multiple fields of text at once, increase the font size, or change it entirely.

Google Drive customers received warning posters earlier this year. These warning banners advise users that a potentially hazardous file is present on Google Drive. Google announced the functionality in the month of January 2022. The feature is now being expanded to additional products such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
