This service will allow people to see places in the malls and museums. Some of the major malls are Ambience Mall in Gurgaon and the select city walk in New Delhi.
This service is already available in The U.S, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and The Netherlands.
It will be available for free to all the users of Android and IOS
Using this feature people will find so simple to locate stores in beyond Someone`s ken or a museum like Salar Jung in Hyderabad. Suren Ruhela informed PTI who is Google India branch`s Director and Product manager for maps.
Google had worked with 75 partners and they covered 22 cities in India to bring indoor Maps and this list will enlarge in the coming days.
Let alone the metro cities it will also cover Bhopal, Coimbatore, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kochi, Lucknow, Ludhiana and Moradabad.
