PUBG PC Lite will Stop its Services in India from 29 May 2021

Along with the mobile gamers in India waiting for the launch of PUBG Mobile India, PUBG Lite in India has been shut down. Last month, PUBG Lite developers revealed the game would stop on April 29. “We are deeply grateful for the passion and support from the astounding number of PUBG LITE fans that have been with us. During the strenuous times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope that PUBG LITE was able to provide our fans a fun way to stay safe. Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to close service after much deliberation and the time has come for our journey to end. We regretfully inform you that the service of PUBG LITE is scheduled to end on April 29th, 2021 (UTC),” the developers announced on 30 March.

The PUBG Lite website was shut down on 30 March and new app downloads were blocked. PUBG Lite formally terminated its service on 29 April. And player support won’t be available any more from 29 May. Notably, the game will remain on Facebook even after the termination of PUBG Lite’s services.

In the meantime, recent leaks about the upcoming launch of PUBG Mobile India continue to occur. On Thursday, a few Twitter users saw a PUBG Mobile video during the game’s launch, but the video was removed shortly later. The Indian government finally gave the game’s launch in the country with a green flag last month. PUBG Mobile India manufacturers have also recently linked Microsoft Azure in order to store all game data locally.

PUBG Corporation announced its return to India in November. The firm has announced its plans for a new ‘PUBG Mobile India’ mobile game. PUBG Corp said it would also spend a hundred million dollars in the Indian gaming industry. The company formed a subsidiary of India last year, and was registered with Rs 5 lakh in a paid-up investment with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 21 November. In Bengaluru, the company was registered.

This time around, PUBG Corp. guarantees that “random audits and tests on storage systems containing personal identification details for Indian users will be done to ensure safety is reinforced and their data is handled securely, in order to preserve the privacy and protection of players in India.”

PUBG Corp says that the in-game content will change and be customized to reflect the needs of Indian gamers in the new PUBG Mobile India game. For example, the game is “settled into a virtual simulation training field, new characters are automatically dressed and green hit effects will represent the virtual design of the game.” This includes several aspects that will adapt to the game. The new PUBG Mobile India game will also have a feature to encourage healthier gaming habits.

PUBG Corp will also establish a subsidiary in India and recruit more than 100 specialist employees in industry, sports, and game production. Furthermore, PUBG Corp says it would “cooperate effectively and use local companies to improve its gaming services.”

About Battlegrounds India Launch:

Because of national security issues, PUBG Mobile was banned in India last September. Yet PUBG Mobile reintroduced as Battlegrounds Mobile India in the Indian market yesterday. Krafton, the developer of the game, says Battlegrounds Mobile India is legalized in the country according to all government laws. Although the launch date is still undisclosed for Battlegrounds Mobile India, Krafton announced plenty of detailed information about the game on its official website, including rules for players under the age of 18. Here is everything you need to know about the game if you are excited about the launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India too.

Krafton has also not confirmed the launch date (i.e., when it is available for download) for Battlegrounds Mobile India. However, the developer has announced that Battlegrounds Mobile India will be pre-registered before the game in the country is released. That is why Battlegrounds Mobile India is likely to launch the game in the next few weeks because the official website has now been live for the game.

Krafton revealed that Battlegrounds Mobile India is launching in the country as a “free” game app. This means you don’t have to pay for the game. Although no specific information is given, Battlegrounds Mobile India will most likely be released and downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, Android, and iOS platforms.
