    Vapes are a significant advancement for those using tobacco cigarettes but wanting to stop.     Getting out in nature or going to the gym can provide a brilliant place to escape cravings or triggers. Exercise also produces endorphins, and achieving your goals is a surefire way to feel good.

    As you progress in your non-smoking journey, you’ll notice your fitness increase too, so making the most of all exercise has to offer is a great way to help yourself.

    4. Sleep Trackers

    Good quality sleep has many benefits, including your body’s ability to mend and repair itself. Your body will need all the help it can get, so help yourself with a sleep tracker. Knowing what prevents you from sleeping well will help you adapt to your surroundings to achieve your sleeping goals.

    Good sleep also reduces stress, and stress is often a trigger for smoking. It makes sense that with a bad night’s sleep, you’ll be more likely to reach for a cigarette during or after a stressful day at work. So investing in a sleep tracker is an investment in yourself and your journey.
