There has been a long debate about which is better “PC ” or “MAC”. Both are great in their own ways and can outsmart each other, but deep down even best of the best Mac’s fanboys know that Window based PC is an overall better choice.
Let me tell you 5 of many reasons that Windows PC is better than Mac:
1. Gaming on PCs is better:
Gaming has a long history with Pc, many people buy expensive Pc for gaming.PC as the same price as Mac book can easily run all new games available in the store.Pc also have the majority of games that aren’t even available on Mac.Mac has become famous over the year, they were too expensive when they were first introduced, so game developers never really showed interest in making games for Mac.

2. Mac is Much Expensive:
This really isn’t surprising for anyone, people who have used both know that.MacBook Pro costs around $1,500, with that price you can get Pc with the way many features, which will be much smoother also for gaming and well you will sell it, you’ll get retailer price around $400 to $500 on both MAc and Pc so why not go for better? MacBook fanboys will say “it costs more because it holds more value” but some with no brain will choose Expensive Mac when they can get Beast Pc on that price.
3. Way Flexible Hardware:
By that, I mean in hardware flexibility Mac is nowhere near Pc.You can update hardware as you like SSD can be added easily, you can add more RAMs and you can change your graphic card when ever you like and if some thing breaks or stops working, you can just change it or repair it at low cost.With Mac, you can’t do any of this and if something stops working or you want to customize something, it can only be done by professionals.You can also assemble your Pc than buying a Pre-made one.
4. Mac Development is lacking:
For past 2-3 years, Apple really hasn’t shown any interest in MacBooks, they aren’t really improving them just minor upgrades have happened.All apple really focuses on is “IOS” and nothing more than that. On the other hand, Microsoft is really developing windows day by day.Most of the Softwares available in Market support windows, Mac also have much software available but they are nothing when compared to Windows. Freeware is also available for windows users, Pc have Programs around 50,000 Compatible with it and MAc only has around 5,000 which is a huge margin.
5. Microsoft Office is everything Mac doesn’t have:
Aside from Gaming, mostly people buy Windows PC for Office. It’s perfect for Spreadsheet, also Office has Calendar, presentation programs, and word processor. An office is the one of reliable software to this day.The majority know about Excel and that’s why people prefer it over many programs available in the market.Microsoft does have “Office” available for Mac but it lacks many features which users find annoying and prefer Pc over Mac.
Also, People find Macs easy to use but still everyone has a different mindset and people will buy what they like. But as far as I know, Windows Pc is a better choice, tell us which you like better Pc or Mac?

Seriously? Did you put Microsoft office? I like MACs (although, I have never owned one) but what MS really stands for is their development environment. I would love to have a MAC so I can work with my VS. I love VS so much. But I would choose PC because What I do takes far more memory and graphics.
Now MS has to buy.Mac has all the apps That works same as MS pages,numbers,keynote these apps works much better than MS and have many options. Those were free to use.
After reading this, I realize you have never used a Mac in your life. This is the problem with the fans, they support a platform without even trying others. Same issue with Android. People are mad fans until they get hold of an iOS device.

True. But with the latest Metal APIs, the performance of games on Macs are superior to windows. Gaming is going to improve over the next few years. Second is that this is still a lie. Gaming in Mac (hardware) is better than PC still. Only gaming in macOS is bad. Try installing Windows in Bootcamp and then playing games. Much faster and superior to any PC of the same configuration. There was even a study done a few years ago for top hardware running Windows and Mac came on top (https://www.cnet.com/news/macbook-pro-declared-best-performing-windows-laptop/). Remains at the top till today.
2. Mac is Much Expensive:
Of course. Quality comes at a price. I’ve been using Windows for over 20 years now starting with Windows 98. Used MS-DOS too back then (programs called WordStar instead of Office, games like POP, Dave, formula1 than newer ones). I made the switch to Mac just 5 years ago when Windows 8 came out. Best decision ever made! The first month was the worst since I had the Windows way of doing things. I had to unlearn and relearn a bit but now I can never go back. My productivity is 4x with macOS gestures so I make more money too than what I made using Windows. So practically the hardware is cheaper IMO compared to the return.
3. Way Flexible Hardware:
Not really. You are accurate in one regard viz. that the 2nd generation macs used to be great because you can swap out hard drives. The new ones don’t allow that kind of modularity. But here’s a different take–you can install Windows on a Mac but not the reverse. So actually Mac hardware is flexible enough to support Windows but not the reverse. Also, PCs aren’t flexible either. They only allow 2 components to be upgraded viz. hard drives and RAMs. And even with upgrades, they last 3-4 years. You cannot upgrade specific components like say a newer display for higher resolution, mouse -> touchpad, etc. Whereas with a Mac you can buy a piece and it would last in great quality for 5 – 10 years without needing to upgrade RAM or HDD. Of course the newer displays would come so you would want to upgrade which is the same with PCs. So both PCs and Macs suck in this regard.
4. Mac Development is lacking:
When was the last time a Windows update was ever useful? it’s usually security updates and still Windows has 100x times more malware than linux/macOS. Feature updates are usually rolled out as a new OS release and you have to pay for these. But with Macs it’s free of cost and you get loads of new features. You really need to do your research man. See the new features in each release of MacOS vs. Windows. You’ll release all that Windows did was improve it’s .NET framework and a new design. Macs have had the same design for many years since it’s clean and good enough and they’ve only been adding features. Secondly, there are more software on the Mac than Windows. Even in pirated software, you’ll find more for Mac and it’s just a misconception that all software is paid. Non-mac users would say this, not the mac users. Also as a developer I realize that all linux tools work perfectly on mac so it’s best for open-source development. Macs run Darwin, unix based system from which linux came so majority of the linux programs work perfectly on Mac.
5. Microsoft Office is everything Mac doesn’t have:
Did you know Office came first to the Mac? Same with Adobe photoshop. Bill Gates originally wrote Office for the Mac. When I first got a Macbook pro 5 years ago, like an idiot I installed Office thinking that’s the only way to do documents, spreadsheets and presentations. It took me 2 years to release that Mac has it’s own version of it called iWork suite with Pages, Numbers and Keynote which are much better. Again, like every point you show that you are simply ignorant and have not ever tried Macs.
I had the same mentality before I got my first mac. I had the same mentality with phones too i.e. I used to think Android phones are better than iPhones. Today I make most money thro android development yet acknowledge the fact that iOS is superior. The same with my desktop development. I’m better at troubleshooting Windows than most Windows users even today and yet I acknowledge Mac is better in all regards than Windows. I hope you do get a Mac one day and struggle to unlearn the Windows way of doing things and learn the Mac gesture-based way of doing things. It may take a month or 2 to get a hang of it but once you do, you’ll never ever want to go back to Windows. It would be like upgrading from Qwerty phones to touchscreens. Everyone struggled initially but everyone realizes it’s better now!

You’re totally true with all of that. I’ve bought a Macbook 6 month ago and I’ve never been so productive. I’m developer and Mac is secure (App Store with certified apps), ergonomic, fast. I’ve dual boot with bootcamp and windows has never been so fast. I became maybe a Mac lover, but there are reasons of that. Just want to come back to the time I bought my first windows and change my mind.
PS: Gaming is much satisfying on Mac! Just the difference playing TM nations forever with a retina display or MSI GS60 Ghost pro 4k display. All makes the difference, even the display! And if your graphic car doesn’t allow you to play on game, you just have to plug an external GPU an all problems are solved!

It’s easy to download on a PC and you don’t need to do any other extra B.S. that Apple requires. Nothing is simple and easy on a MAC. I can’t even download things like Google Chrome on the MAC computer because the software isn’t compatible, absolutely ridiculous! I get a Windows 95 computer and make it into any damn well thing I want to, so capability is big for me.
While many of the features save you from getting viruses, you can’t do anything with the worthless MAC programs like Safari when you can use Google. I’m a teacher who needs to use Canvas, but guess what? MAC has capability issues with it! WTF am I paying higher prices for? It is nowhere near as easy to use a MAC as a PC. At the same time, as someone who likes to use Microsoft Word, Google Docs and other Apple free to use products are nowhere near the capability of HP computers.
Finally, I use a Samsung tablet and have an Iphone SE. Do you know which one is easier to use, with better programs? The Samsung! The programs are better than Apple and unless you’re looking for durability, I really can’t see why you’d even consider using an Apple. PC is much easier overall to use and the features for the basics are simple.
