Lenovo’s new laptop is lighter than Macbook Air

Are you still in the belief that none is lighter than Macbook Air? To make you wrong Lenovo is coming up with a laptop that weights extremely low than Macbook presenting the world’s light weighted laptop. Lenovo just released the details of their upcoming laptop LaVie Z ultrabook.

Under this series two versions were available HZ550 and HZ750. The first one is just an ultrabook while the second one 360-degrees hinge. Both are the lightest ever laptops produced in their series with first one of 1.72 pounds and second one of 2.04 pounds. They were extremely slim of just 16.9 mm thickness.

This laptop is made of a different metal magnesium-lithium chassis which prevents fragile. Adding to the advantage it is 50 percent lighter. Coming to the performance of the laptops both notebooks comes with 5th generation intel processors while HZ750 can be upgradable to i7 processor. Both models are coming with 128 gb ssd making its processing faster. It also comprises of Yamaha speakers, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and a 13-inch 2560 x 1440, anti-glare display. The HZ550 has 4 gigabytes of RAM while the HZ750 can be upgradable to 8 gigabytes ram.

Its going into markets in may 2015 in Unites States. The HZ550 will start at $1,299 while the HZ750 will be priced at $1,499. The official announcement is yet to come when it will be available worldwide for sale.
